Balance for children is the basis of all learning. Ocupational Therapists have shown a great interest in the Indi Surfa, not only because of the benefits but also because kids absolutely love them and don't need much encouragement to give it a go.

There are two sizes, the small and the large. The small is for the real littlies in mind, up to 3 years. Although my son has always preferred the large version and he is 2,5 yrs now.

A great game to encourage them to do is to lie on their bellies on the board and keep their feet up. Then to pretend to paddle into a huge, or small, wave. This will develop their core muscles.
