"It hasn't even been a year, and I am absolutely loving working for Wooden Elements!" - says Ashlin Fenton, who became part of the Wooden Elements team in July 2017.

"I went straight from being a student to being a mother, and forced to find a job to support my little family - and what a pleasure that has been! When I first started working here, I was 'winging it', I had no experience in this field of work. But my boss, Ryan, was helpful and supportive and always motivated me! Ann, and my other colleagues, were and still are, teaching me new things every day. My sister, Tamarin, was always and still is there to help me. I also had a lot of support from my family, and of course, my daughter is my everyday motivation!"

"There's still so much I have to learn, and I'm so excited to learn more. Wooden Elements isn't just a company I work for, its a place where I can find help, motivation and support. It's become my home - my family"
